Today on the Water
Pictured above is Ed with our first King Salmon of the year, action was fair but only one made the net.
King Salmon are available if you are willing to put in your time and travel to the fish. I will be offering walk in trips for these chrome bullet tackle busters until I leave for Alaska on August 1. Anglers can expect hard charging runs and great jumps out of these beasts but should not be dissappointed at the embarrassingly low number that make the net, (we landed 1 of 11 fish hooked today!). Numbers should improve over the next few weeks especially if the cooler than normal weather holds, also look for rain to bring shots of fish.
Now is the time to book your September and October King Salmon trips!!
